"Excellent place to live in Midtown Memphis. Janice and the staff are all wonderful, and I've never had any issue or anything to complain about since I have lived here. It is gated and safe -- security is on hand at night patrolling the property and are also friendly. The apartments are nice and of quality, and I have been very satisfied with my experience living here!"

"Melrose Midtown is a great place to live. It’s very clean, tidy, safe and secure. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet. This apartment complex has great amenities, pool, gym and excellent maintenance services.
The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. The apartment manager is always around to answer questions and handle any needs or concerns you may have. I have lived here for several months and have been very pleased.
This place is pet friendly as well.
So if you’re looking for a safe, clean, quiet, pet friendly location I highly recommend Melrose Midtown!

"One of the best apartment complexes in Memphis! The staff are beyond responsive, often responding to non-urgent maintenance requests within hours. Janice, the office manager, truly cares about her resident well-being; she takes the time to get to know everyone individually. During my 4 years of living at the Melrose, I have never felt unsafe. The units are spacious with lots of natural lights. The balconies are great for spending a relaxing evening in the spring and fall time. Would highly recommend living at the Melrose Midtown!!"
