MEMPHIS, March 28, 2020 – Following its multi-million dollar renovation the Melrose Midtown has swept the 2019-2020 apartment industry awards for best apartment community in Memphis and the Memphis suburbs. The Melrose also won a construction industry award for best renovation.

On January 17, 2020, the Melrose won the coveted Diamond Achievement Award for Best Mid/High-Rise Apartment Community in Memphis. This award is issued annually by the Greater Memphis Apartment Association. The award recognizes the overall best apartment community in Memphis and the Memphis suburbs.
Winner of the 2019 Memphis Most Award for Best Apartment Community
On September 19, 2019, The Melrose also won the 2019 “Memphis Most” prize in for Best Apartment Community in Memphis. The Memphis Most prize is awarded by the Commercial Appeal, Memphis’ largest newspaper based on a reader’s survey of tens of thousands of Memphians.
Finalist for the 2020 Building Memphis Award.
The Memphis Business Journal and a prestigious panel of architects and construction professionals also named the Melrose a runner-up in its annual “Building Memphis” competition which judges multifamily construction projects in different categories. The Melrose shared the honor with two other properties who were each runners-up in the competition.
